Smoochy Scrubs Studio eGift cards are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled, exchanged or redeemed for cash where the request is due to a change of mind, an incorrectly selected value or the recipient no longer wanting the eGift card.
Please check the selected value and recipient email address carefully before completing your purchase. If you enter an incorrect email address, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to assist if the eGift card has not already been redeemed.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law. If an eGift card is faulty, is not supplied as described or cannot be used because of an issue for which Smoochy Scrubs Studio is responsible, please contact us so we can provide an appropriate remedy.
Where a refund is approved for products originally purchased using an eGift card, the applicable amount will be returned to the original eGift card or original payment method, as appropriate.
Smoochy Scrubs Studio eGift cards are digital products delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. No physical item will be shipped, and shipping charges do not apply.
Please check the recipient’s email address carefully before purchasing. If the eGift card does not arrive, check the junk or spam folder before contacting us for assistance.
Because eGift cards are issued digitally, they cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded for change of mind. This does not exclude any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
