Smoochy Scrubs Studio is an Australian-owned online retailer specialising in scrub apparel and accessories for healthcare professionals. 

Throughout these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Smoochy Scrubs Studio. 

Eligibility to Purchase 

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian 
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided 

Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and designs as accurately as possible. 

However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or monitor settings. 

As many of our prints are made from printed fabric, placement of the design may differ slightly from the product photographs. This makes every garment unique. 

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

Prices include GST where applicable. 

We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without notice. 

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed. 

Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

Acceptance of your order occurs when we dispatch your item/s. 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where: 

  • A pricing or product error has occurred
  • Payment cannot be processed 
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • The product is unavailable

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued. 

Payment

We accept secure payments through Shopify Payments and other payment methods available during checkout. 

Payment must be received before your order is dispatched. 

Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. 

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to Australia Post or other courier delays. 

Once your parcel has been handed to the carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. We will assist where reasonably possible if delays occur. 

Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns and Exchanges Policy forms part of these Terms of Service. 

Please refer to our dedicated Returns & Exchanges Policy for eligibility, timeframes and procedures. 

Nothing in our exchange policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. 

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 

You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend the website for maintenance, upgrades or unforeseen technical issues.
