We know you're excited to receive your new purchase, so we work hard to pack and dispatch every order as quickly as possible. 

Order Processing 

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland Public Holidays). 

Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. 

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotions, or holiday periods. 

Shipping within Australia

We currently ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. 

At checkout, you'll be able to choose between: 

Standard Shipping

Flat Rate: $14.99 AUD

Estimated Delivery: 

Metro Areas: 2-6 Business Days

Regional Areas: 3-8 Business Days

Express Shipping

Flat Rate: $24.99 AUD

Estimated Delivery:

Metro Areas: 1-3 Business Days

Regional Areas: Delivery times vary depending on your location. 

Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. 

You can monitor your parcel's progress using the Australia Post tracking service. 

Incorrect Shipping Address 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before you order. 

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • We may not be able to change it once your parcel has been dispatched
  • Additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel is returned to us and requires re-delivery

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once your order has been handed to Australia Post, delivery is managed by the carrier. If your parcel is delayed, please check your tracking information first. 

If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us and lodge an enquiry with Australia Post. 

Authority to Leave

If Australia Post delivers your parcel under Authority to Leave instruction, Smoochy Scrubs Studio cannot accept responsibility for parcels that are subsequently damaged, lost or stolen after delivery. 

International Shipping

At this time, we currently ship within Australia only. 

We hope to offer international shipping in the future. 

Multiple Orders

Orders placed separately cannot always be combined before dispatch. 

Each order will be processed individually. 

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including:

  • Severe weather events
  • Public holidays 
  • Australia Post network delays 
  • Peak shopping periods
  • Industrial action
